Novotel Hotel
Al Sharif Hospitality and Real Estate projects
A contemporary 4-star hotel in Egypt with views over the Nile. The property is fully owned by ASG and operated under the Novotel brand.
Shepheard Hotel
Al Sharif Hospitality and Real Estate projects
ASG signed a contract to develop and finance the redevelopment of the historic Shepheard Hotel in Cairo, Egypt.
- Expected to be completed in 2023.
- Will have up to 300 Luxury Rooms and suites
- A minimum of 5 F&B outlets including Restaurants
- 1200 – 1600 SQM of Meeting space .
- Will house Spa & Sauna, Pool & Fitness Facilities, Banquets & Multiuse Hall/ballrooms.
- Parking space for 70 vehicles.

March 2022
ASG signed contract with EGOTH for a period of 38 years and 6 month -including the period of development, renovation and operation of the hotel. Aiming to re-operat and rehabilitate Shepheard Hotel, a five star hotel with a total estimated cost of EGP 1.2 Billion.

August 2020
Al Sharif Hotels and Tourism Company was established as an Egyptian closed joint-stock company on August 5, 2020, and took over the concession agreement with EGOTH.

ASG signed a contract with Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group to manage the Shepherd Hotel.
