The capital Riyadh witnessed the signing ceremony of a strategic partnership between the Omani energy company, Voltamp Energy, and Al Sharif Group Holding represented by Al Sharif Industrial Investment. The partnership aims to establish a specialized factory for the production of electrical transformers.
Mr. Nawaf bin Fayez, the CEO of Al Sharif Group Holding, and Mr. Ayman Al Busaidi, Chairman of Voltamp Energy, signed the partnership agreement under the patronage and attendance of His Excellency Mr. Faisal bin Turki Al Said, the Omani Ambassador to the Kingdom.
Mr. Nawaf bin Fayez highlighted the significance of this partnership, reflecting Al Sharif Group’s commitment to enhancing the local economy and manufacturing capabilities in the Kingdom. He emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships with leading companies to achieve sustainable development.
On his part, Mr. Ayman Al Busaidi affirmed that the establishment of the factory will contribute to providing high-quality products to the energy market in the Kingdom and the region, thereby enhancing Voltamp’s position as a leading company in the energy sector.
This partnership complements Al Sharif Group’s investments and initiatives in the energy and manufacturing sectors, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to promote local content and create job opportunities.
